Magic Headaches is the first in its series. It is a YA Fantasy novel about a girl whose headaches let her see another world… It does not like to be seen

Elinor has magic headaches. That might sound half fun but it’s not. The magic is the kind that makes her think she is going crazy and the headaches are the kind that never ever go away. When Elinor blinks she sees another world. Her vision switches from Waxhaw, NC to Morland, a magic planet. It’s super annoying. Blink. Earth. Blink. Morland. Blink. Earth. Blink. Morland. Repeat forever. And understandably, whatever has broken in her brain to make her able to do this is giving her horrible, daily headaches that doctors have no idea how to fix. And the only person who could possibly help her is Derek, a soulless narcissistic murderer with a blog. She’s doomed.

Morland is the worst and Derek should know since he spent five years trapped on that stupid, magic planet. He promised himself he would never ever go back, especially not for some crazy broken girl. But Derek knows that Morland is not done with him. He’d be lying if he said that Morland and what he had to do to escape doesn’t still haunt him. Derek knows without a doubt that his mother, the Queen, is still waiting for him. She’s waiting to destroy his soul and make him a slave to the forces of Darkness. Mother knows best. Derek lives his life on edge waiting for Morland to pull him back in. And Elinor is a giant flashing light calling Morland’s attention. But even knowing that, he can’t seem to stay away and it would be a lot better for both of them if he could.

The next book, The Morland Prince.

This is the story of how a boy

became a prince who

became a monster.

The magic planet of Morland is not an enchanted fairyland. Derek’s years there were heartbreaking, soul-wrenching, bloody detail, from his first confusing days as a thirteen-year-old trapped on a strange new planet to his final days as a prince trying to fight off the forces of Darkness to save his sister. Morland is a lot of things (mostly obscenities) but it’s never boring.
Find out everything that happened while Derek was trapped on that magic, nightmare planet called Morland. Derek’s story is enhanced with illustrations, charts, maps, and more.

Morland had never felt so close.

And the final book in the Magic Headache series, Morland Blood.

The Darkness is worse than she imagined……and just as terrifying as he remembers.

Derek is back on Morland, something he vowed he would never ever do. But sometimes a girl turns a guy into an idiot. Morland is the worst and it has been patiently waiting for him. His mother, the Queen, wants to resume her dark plans that end with a soulless Derek and unimaginable power at her fingertips. But this time is different from the last time Derek was trapped on Morland. This time he isn’t alone. He has friends with him. He has Elinor.

Elinor thought her ability to see Morland was a pointless curse but as soon as she stepped onto Morland soil everything changed. Her magic has blossomed into something she doesn’t understand and can’t control. Danger and Darkness seem to follow their every step as Elinor and her friends try to find some way to free Derek from the Queen’s grasp. Despite everything, Peter still thinks Morland is a dream come true while Ryan just wants to survive this nightmare and bring his sister home. When they find a secret group of people hiding from the Queen, Elinor starts training like all of Morland depends on it…which it does. Because the Goodness has been waiting a very long time for a girl like her.

The clock is ticking. The full moon is rising. The Goodness and the Darkness will battle for Derek’s soul and the very fate of Morland rests in Elinor’s hands. Headaches or no headaches, the task before her seems impossible. Thank the Goodness she isn’t alone.
